Located in Tuzla, Istanbul's rising value district, Evora Istanbul stands out as one of the city's most prestigious and large-scale residential projects. With a massive construction area of 1,410,000 m², we at Varna Yapı meticulously implemented all high-quality standards and technical application details required by modern living in this comprehensive project. Technical Details and Implementation Process

In this mega-scale project, we undertook many critical items from building energy efficiency to interior aesthetics. Particularly:

Thermal Insulation and Isolation: A sustainable living space was created with exterior facade cladding and basement ceiling insulation works that maximize the building's energy performance.

Fine Construction and Decoration: Smooth surfaces were achieved with high-quality plaster, satin plaster, and professional interior facade paint applications in interior spaces.

Floor and Ceiling Systems: The comfort level of living spaces was elevated with laser-precision screed applications, aesthetic ceramic flooring, and modern suspended ceiling systems.
